Yes you can leave the luggage at the reception. The price from and to the airport is about 40-50€! Late check out is not always possible. We have to know the dates. Kind regards

We have a parking space for 18€ per day but it has to be booked in advance as there are limited places. Kind regards

Hi, I’m looking to come with a friend but only if there are two separate beds. Is that an option?

Yes, all our beds are actually seperable, besides one apartment 14 which has an actuall double bed. So this is no problem. Kind Regards, Sarah Hager

Parking is free for your guests

No we do not have free parking! We have just 2 parking spaces opposite of the hotel. This one cost 18€ per day and has to be reserved in advance. Or you have two public garages which are close to the hotel. Kind regards

do you have secure space for two bicycles

You cal leave your bicyles in the courtyard but you would have to take a chain to tight it

Very Good

very close to center of Vienna, lots of kosher shops and restaurants all arround. amazing public transportation right there. Spacious place with small kitchen, and table to eat.

they only clean the appartment if you stay for more than a week, which I didn't like. also, they are on the 5th floor so on Shabbat it was very challenging to climb all these stairs.

Nice long weekend in Vienna

Nice location, suitable amenities, reasonable price

Top terrace looks much better on the pics then it is in reality. Parts of windows are covered with paper cuttings to stop the light shining onto the bed. This really could've ben solved more elegantly

Wonderful

Very spacious, with a separate bedroom and living room- perfect for staying with a small child. The hotel is on a busy street but inside the room was quiet and peaceful. Convenient location near U Bahn

Maybe a few things could be updated (ie- baby crib was missing a few bars) but still we had all we needed and had a good stay!

Walking distance to city central and metro is 10min walk away. Parking garage is nearby if you drive

The alley to the room can be quite quiet but still safe.

Location very convenient close to city center and plenty on grocery shops and restaurants nearby. Large apartment with two TVs but the one from livingroom not functioning.

Good place in Vienna.

The Apartment was big and comfortable, very clean and easy to access. We had enough toiletries and towels and everything that we needed for our 2 nights stay. We had shops nearby and also the bus station, although we walked everywhere as it is at a 20 min walk from the city center. Overall a good place in Vienna.

The only thing that might be problematic for some is the fact that one of the rooms is basically the living room and kitchen and you do not have much privacy. Other than that, we enjoyed it :)

Affordable city stay.

Freshly renovated studio located in 20 min walk to the center. Well equipped kitchenette and bath tub. Food shops in around area, large McDonands across the street. Helpful and friendly front desk staff. Easy check-in using key box.

We booked double bed. We get two disconnected single beds placed together but move apart all the time. No heating in the bathroom. No cleaning service for 7 days.

Very Good

A hugge app with everything you need, very well equiped

They didn't want us to help with earlier check in from 12 o'clock which we requested, as we had to put our child to sleep. They didn't want to hurry up a little with the cleaning of our room although the check out for the previous guests was at 10 am. It was the matter of a good will, and they were not flexible at all. We did not have the problems like that in any other hotel where we requested an earlier check in or a later check out, with additional payment or without. So our child slept in the car before possible check in at 2pm.
